With a strong market presence and exceptionally regarded reputation in the industry, this agency is seeking a highly competent and experienced individual with a financial background who is interested in transitioning into the Real Estate industry and joining this successful team to take full ownership of their role in providing excellent service to their team and clients.
The Position :
- Manage a small portfolio of 30-40 commercial, retail and industrial properties
- Co-ordinate maintenance and conduct regular property inspections including ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- Manage lease renewals, lease negotiations and lease administration
- Prepare annual budgeting, financial reporting and process invoices for payment
- Follow up tenant arrears
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders & attend client meetings (AGM & ECM)
- Support provided by the Facilities Co-ordinator, Administrators and Accounts team.
To be successful in this role:
- You must be articulate with exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience/background in finance such as banking or experience in running your own successful business is required due to the financial nature of this role
- A polished individual with high attention to detail and an excellent written and verbal expression
- The successful candidate will undertake a Real Estate Certificate of Registration course paid by my client which is a legal requirement to work within the industry
