With a strong market presence and highly regarded reputation in the industry, this agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager interested in joining this successful team in the management of a small and well-established portfolio with full admin and accounts support.
Supported by a dedicated CEO of Property Management, you would be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of 120 properties
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Open homes
- Arrears management
- Repairs & maintenance
- New business
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Certificate of registration and reliable car
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Property Management
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of customer service with a reliable, motivated and collaborative approach
- The drive to further develop your career within Real Estate
