With a strong market presence and highly regarded reputation in the industry, this agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager interested in joining this successful team in the management of a healthy and well-established portfolio.
Supported by a dedicated CEO of Property Management, you would be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of approx.120 properties (investor and developer portfolio)
- Routine inspections
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Open Homes
- Rent arrears
- Maintenance management
- Ingoing & Outgoing process
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Certificate of registration and valid ACT driver’s license
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Real Estate
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of customer service with a reliable, motivated and collaborative approach
