We are now seeking an experienced Property Manager capable of contributing to this successful team in the management of a healthy and well-established portfolio. Supported by a dedicated Principal, you would be responsible for:

· Managing a portfolio of 170 properties with leasing, admin and accounts support

· Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

· Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management

· Maintenance management

Salary: Up to $80K + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus’

They are looking for a motivated and driven Property Manager to join their collaborative team.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Manage a well-established portfolio of approximately 250 properties with admin and accounts support

· Tenant communication, open homes, and inspections

· Process rental applications and lease sign-ups

· Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants

· Manage rental reviews and lease renewals

· Complete condition reports, routine inspections, and exit reports

· Handle jobs and maintenance requests

Salary: Up to $75K + Super + Fully Serviced Company Car with fuel & tolls paid
